Mr. Zappile is a senior consultant with Bartram & Cochran and a principal of The Zappile Group. He has almost 40 years of diversified senior management experience across a wide range of disciplines including real estate, supply chain management, logistics and transportation, finance, treasury, R&D, manufacturing and training and development. Ron recently retired from United Technologies Corporation (UTC), a Fortune 50 $54 Billion company after a 32- year career in positions of significant responsibility.

He served as the Director of Global Real Estate Operations for UTC and also as President of United Technologies Realty, Inc. (UTR). Ron also was CEO of CoreNet Global until April 2010 and is an affiliated consultant with Bartram & Cochran.
