The newest member of the Bartram and Cochran team, Ronald Patterson is a real estate professional with 35-years of experience and is the firm's Managing Director. For the last 26 years he has been working for United Technologies Corporation (UTC). Most recently he was International Manager, Global Real Estate Operations responsible for overseeing UTC's international portfolio of over 3,500 sites with a total of 50 million square feet in 180 countries. His duties also included overseeing real estate service providers around the world. Prior to UTC Ron worked for Marriott Corporation and Hershey Foods Corporation.

Ron has an extensive experience in all aspects of real estate including: major facility relocation studies, portfolio planning and implementation strategies, legal and environmental practices and issues for real estate, corporate quality processes and service delivery models, appraisals, tax appeals, international real estate issues, and asset maximization strategies.

Ron has been active in real estate professional organizations throughout his career and often contributes to publication and seminars on real estate matters.

He has a B.A. Degree from Ohio Wesleyan University and an MBA from Syracuse with an emphasis on finance.
