Ms. Putnam joined Bartram & Cochran in 1997 to assist with market research and analysis. She was previously a Senior Manager in the Real Estate Department for Cable & Wireless, overseeing all site selection, lease negotiations, and facility planning for North America, including sales offices and operation sites. Ms. Putnam specializes in site selection, field research/interviews, and analysis. She has expertise in the analysis of military family housing, student housing, and hotels. Ms. Putnam is a licensed salesperson in the State of Connecticut.

Recent assignments include:

• Completed research and analysis for XL Capital Assurance on a Denver Convention Center and Hotel
• Completed due diligence for MBIA on several military family housing privatization projects, including Fort Hood in Texas and Naval Command in San Diego
• Conducted site selection and lease negotiations for numerous Kinko’s retail locations in the mid-Atlantic and southeastern states

Ms. Putnam is an active and dedicated civic volunteer, serving the following: Cromwell PTO/Cromwell Schools, Cromwell Historical Society, South Church Board of Education, South Church Sanctuary Committee, and South Church Sunday School.

Ms. Putnam attended the University of Chicago and earned her B.A. at Virginia Tech.
