Gerald Levy Joins Bartram & Cochran as Consultant
Hartford, Conn.

Gerald M. Levy has joined Bartram and Cochran as consultant to leads the firm's professional practice in mediation and arbitration. He has acted as a mediator, party-appointed arbitrator, neutral panelist, chair or sole arbitrator in the real estate, construction, banking and securities industries and also has been active in resolving general business disputes. Mr. Levy has served as a neutral in the valuation of real estate fee simple, partial and fractional interests, rent re-settings for lease renewal terms, highest and best use issues, allocation of operating expenses between landlord and tenant, lender/borrower conflicts, property management contract problems, developer/contractor disputes, and specific performance. Construction cases have involved construction loans and business issues such as timely completion, change orders, business interruption, measurement of damages and lost profits and other matters.

Bartram & Cochran Appoints Peter Holland Managing Director
Hartford, Conn., August 6, 2007

Peter L. Holland has rejoined the real estate consulting firm of Bartram & Cochran as Managing Director. The announcement was made by Maura Cochran, company Chairman and CEO. Peter Holland is one of the nation’s top real estate professionals, Cochran said, and he brings vast experience and an impressive track record to the firm.

Peter has rejoined Bartram & Cochran after taking a year’s leave of absence to serve as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of CoreNet Global, the premier association for corporate real estate and economic development professionals. Mr. Holland was previously Senior Vice President for Hartford Financial Services Group, Inc., one of the largest investment and insurance companies based in the United States.

He is considered an expert on developing real estate solutions in support of organizational strategy. Holland's experience includes a wide range of property types for Fortune 100 manufacturing and service-industry firms, as well as for not-for-profit agencies. In addition, he is experienced in low-income housing and regional and community economic development.

Mr. Holland has been engaged in economic development for the MetroHartford Alliance. He is the past Vice Chair of the Hartford, Connecticut Local Initiative Support Corporation (LISC) advisory board, and served as Board Chair of Loaves and Fishes, an urban soup kitchen, micro-enterprise, and entrepreneurship training organization. He is also a former Director of CoreNet Global.

Cochran Elected Liaison Vice Chair
Maura Cochran was elected Liaison Vice Chairman of the Counselors of Real Estate (CRE) for 2006-2007. In addition Maura will serve on the CRE Executive Committee and on the organization's Board of Directors.

Maura Cochran was awarded the prestigious designation of FRICS, a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Ron Patterson Joins B&C as Managing Director
In January 2007, Ronald Patterson, a real estate professional with 35-years of experience joined Bartram & Cochran as Managing Director. For the last 26 years he has been working for United Technologies Corporation (UTC). Most recently he was International Manager, Global Real Estate Operations responsible for overseeing UTC's international portfolio of over 3,500 sites with a total of 50 million square feet in 180 countries. His duties also included overseeing real estate service providers around the world. Prior to UTC Ron worked for Marriott Corporation and Hershey Foods Corporation.
